I am so glad I did. Within 8 days I had a new roof. I know that can vary depending on the insurance company. But he walked us through the claim process and made it so simple. The roofers did a fantastic job. 7 hours start to finish. They cleaned up extremely well. No trash or anything left behind. I have walked the house several times looking for nails and have not found any. Jacob and the owner Tim came by multiple times throughout the day to check on the job.
